**Position Overview**

* Setting: 100% onsite (no telehealth)
* Schedule: Monday–Friday (day shift only)
* Call: No call
* Weekends: No weekends
* Patient Load: Average of 18 patients per day
* Facility Size: 99 inpatient beds
* Team Structure: 2 Psychiatrists and 3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
* Required Patient Population/Treatment Disorders:
* Anxiety disorders
* Affective disorders
* ADD/ADHD
* Eating disorders
* Personality disorders
* Developmental disorders
* Psychotic disorders
* Required Skills:
* Familiarity with involuntary commitments
* Proficiency in pharmacotherapy
* EMR: WellSky

**Candidate Requirements**

* Board Status: Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry (within 0–5 years of residency)
* Licensure: Delaware license or willingness to obtain
* DEA – must be obtained prior to start (no exemptions)
* CSR/CDS – must be obtained prior to start (no exemptions)
* BLS – required (or willing to obtain)
