**Assignment Details**

- Coverage Type: Clinic
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Week 1: Surgeries and procedures
- Week 2: Follow-up clinic visits
- Preferred model: Two weeks on, two weeks off
- Patients per Day: 20+ (minimum 4 patients/hour)
- Surgeries/Procedures: 12-14 per day
- Beds/Rooms: 3 clinic rooms
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Ophthalmology
- Active MI license or IMLC
- BLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Comprehensive ophthalmology with clinic and surgical coverage
- Required:
- Cataract removal (phacoemulsification, extracapsular, intracapsular, with intraocular lens implant)
- Glaucoma and corneal procedures
- Intra-ocular injections
- Ultrasound interpretation (A and B-scan), fluorescein angiography interpretation, optical coherence tomography interpretation
- Support: 2 experienced MAs
- Setting: Outpatient clinic and procedure center; no call responsibilities

**Compensation**
