As a nonprofit community healthcare provider located in the heart of the Sierra Foothills, our history stems back to 1956, when the community banded together to build a modern hospital. Since opening our doors in 1959, Marshall has been proud to maintain our status as an independent hospital whose governance remains local. ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

POSITION STARTS IN 2027
Excellent compensation of $550,000
80K sign-on bonus
Partners total compensation average approximately $50 per wRVU (for 100% daytime work shifts)
- Partnership is fully equal in base pay, vacation, voting rights, and ownerships, while bonus pay is partially based on productivity
Malpractice covered
Partnership opportunity in one year
Starts with 16 weeks of vacation the first year and 15+ as partner
General radiology with procedural experience
Board certified and board eligible candidates will be considered
Ability to do light, non-vascular procedures
Complete digital and integrated PACS system with EPIC
Work only day shifts
Evenings and nights fully covered by Nighthawk
Ability to partially work from home
Established, popular community hospital; top 5% in nation for clinical excellence
Tort reform state
Diagnostic Imaging work locations in Cameron Park and Placerville
New graduate mentorship available
