A leading multi-specialty medical group in Central Iowa is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their vascular surgery team. This is a clinic-only position, offering a Monday–Friday schedule with no call, providing an excellent work-life balance.
Position Details:
Full-time, weekday schedule (Monday–Friday)
Outpatient clinic-based role in both West Des Moines and downtown Des Moines
Opportunity for future outreach clinic involvement
Supportive team environment with strong referral network
Competitive salary and incentive plan
Comprehensive benefits package including PTO, CME, 401(k) with profit sharing, and health/dental/vision options
Qualifications:
Master’s degree required
Current ARNP or PA-C licensure
