Opportunity Information:

• NP/PA Opportunity
• 120 hrs. – Mixture of weekday and weekend shifts
• Closed on holidays
• EPIC EMR
• FT Available

Requirements:

• Active Illinois License
• Controlled Substance License
• DEA License
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certification
