* Staffed with navigators, pharmacist, pharm tech, lab tech with lab draws in office, phlebotomist, office manager, clinical director (shared with radiation oncology)
* 24/7 Hospitalist coverage
* Most local cancer referrals come from GS, GI, Uro, Pulm, ENT and Neph. Common Oncology scope breast, prostate, lung, colon, head/neck, with a large Hematology panel
* Good working relationship with tertiary centers in region
* ACOS-CoC accredited
* Low turnover in the clinic with a true family atmosphere
