Seeking a Dermatologist to build and lead a dynamic dermatology practice. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity focused primarily on medical dermatology, with room to expand cosmetic offerings if desired.

* Start Date: As soon as possible (allow 90 days for credentialing)
* Setting: Outpatient, clinic-based only
* Reason for Opening: Reopening of the dermatology practice
* Schedule: Monday–Friday, flexible schedule
* Minimum 36 patient care hours + 4 administrative hours weekly
* No weekends or on-call responsibilities

**Practice Details**

* Case Mix: ~90% medical dermatology / 10% cosmetic (cosmetic services can grow with provider interest)
* Procedure Volume: 80% of visits involve procedures (e.g., skin tags, biopsies, skin cancer)
* Patient Flow: 4–5 patients/hour (3–4 involve procedures)
* Trauma Level: Level 2 hospital nearby
* EMR: Epic
* Strong work-life balance and administrative support

**Requirements**

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology (must become BC within 3 years of graduation)
* Active Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain
* BLS certification
* DEA, CSR/CDS (must be obtained prior to start)
* Clean malpractice and license history
* Flu vaccination
* Must reside within 1 hour of practice location (not accepting long commutes or dual-job setups)
