- In-house day and night shifts available
- Average census of 50 patients managed by team of 12 providers
- Level III NICU facility
- Team includes 4 physicians and 8 APPs per day
- 24/7 coverage available for higher acuity patients
- No ECMO or cardiac surgery required
- Coverage schedule includes multiple consecutive day blocks
- Both day shifts (8am - 4pm) and night shifts (4pm - 8am) needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
