Job Description
**Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine**
• Role: Primary Care Physician (Adults, 18+)
• Setting: 100% office-based, outpatient primary care
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only (ask about a 4-day work week option)
• Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
• Call: Phone call only; averages ~2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every ~2 months
Compensation & Offerings:
• Guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus
• Loan repayment support

• Paid CME time off plus CME budget, with reimbursement for professional licenses and dues
