**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: As soon as Credentialed
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Schedule:
- Clinic: 4 days/week, 8a–4p (1-hour lunch)
- Call: 1:4 rotation
- Weekend Coverage: Friday 8a – Monday 8a
- Setting: Outpatient + inpatient
- EMR: Athena & Meditech
- Privileges: Required (expedited available for clean history)
- Trauma Level: III
- Call: Beeper, 20-minute response time

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active Arkansas license or IMLC (with LOQ in hand)
- BLS and PALS required
- Fetal monitoring certification required
- Comfortable with both routine and high-risk OB care
- No CNMs in hospital (NPs assist in clinic)

**Clinical Details**
- Mix of OB and GYN responsibilities
- Procedures include:
- Vaginal and C-section deliveries
- Forceps and VBAC management
- Management of complicated deliveries (breech, multiples, abruptions)
- GYN procedures (IUD, colposcopy, LEEP, open and laparoscopic surgeries, cystectomy, oophorectomy, etc.)
- On-site lab and ultrasound available
- NST on site
- Support Staff: 2 MAs (2:1 ratio), 2 APPs, 6 office staff

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
