**Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine**

• Role: Primary Care Physician (Adults 18+)
• Setting: 100% outpatient, office-based Primary Care
• Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only – ask about a 4-day work week option
• Teaching: Optional, with potential for faculty appointment
• Call: Phone call only; averages ~2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
• Visa Support: H1B cap-exempt sponsorship available
