Job Description
**Board Certified / Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine**
* Located in Stratford, CT - Hartford 54m
* Role: Primary Care Physician (Adults 18+)
* Setting: 100% outpatient, office-based Primary Care
* Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only – ask about a 4-day work week option
* Teaching: Optional, with potential for faculty appointment
* Call: Phone call only; averages ~2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
**Compensation & Offerings**
* Guaranteed base salary with uncapped incentive bonus
