• Midwifery support 24/7 -- Certified Nurse Midwives can cover first call

• Established referral base - 35+ primary care & 125+ multispecialty physicians

• 202-bed AdventHealth Heart of Florida, 5th floor dedicated to OBGYN (2 ORs 10 L&D)
• Da Vinci Xi - 9 ORs
• 3 OBGYNs, 3 GYNs, 5 CNMs, 1 APRN
• DAX AI scribe tool 
• Strong and engaged leadership, local, regional & beyond

• Board Certified / Eligible OBGYN

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary + productivity incentives
• $75,000 Sign-on bonus
• Occurrence-based malpractice
