Seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join hospital.

- Join an established practice seeking a collegial partner-Team consists of 7 physicians and 7 APPs!
- 1.0 FTE - 0.75 FTE available- 36 patient contact hours per week for full-time (flexible with schedule to create a great work/life balance)
- EPIC EMR used throughout health system
- Practice Location(s): Primary Clinic in Neenah, WI. Opportunities are available across our satellite and expanded service lines in Manitowoc, Sheboygan, Oshkosh, Waupaca, New London, and Shawano. - We welcome candidates open to practicing at any of these sites.

- Income Details: Competitive Base Salary + value based incentives
