**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule: 7 days inpatient, one week per month (Tuesday 7a – Tuesday 7a)
- Setting: Inpatient + outpatient
- EMR: Epic
- Call: Beeper, 20-minute response; night call may require return to facility
- Patients per Shift: 5–13
- Estimated Credentialing: ~30 days (expedited)

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Cardiology
- Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant (preferred)
- Active Washington license
- ACLS and BLS required
- Heart failure experience required

**Clinical Details**
- Weekly inpatient focus with variable scheduled weeks
- Expected patient load: 5–13 per shift
- Mix of heart failure and transplant cardiology patients
- Supported by robust cardiology team: 12 RNs, 3 MAs, 3 APPs, and 7 office staff
- Admissions not required

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
