**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: December 1, 2025

- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Schedule:
- Outpatient clinic M–F, ~36 hours patient care per week (flexible between 8a–5:30p)
- Call: Every 4th–5th week (one full week at a time)
- Weekdays: New consults at hospital
- Weekends: Rounding only
- Setting: Outpatient, inpatient, and telehealth
- EMR: Cerner
- Call: Beeper, 30-minute response
- Call Back: <10%
- Phone Consults: ~5–6 per week
- Patients per Shift: 15–18 clinic patients; ~2–3 inpatient consults during call
- Admissions: None (100% consultant role)
- Estimated Credentialing: ~90 days

**Requirements**
- BC/BE in Hematology/Oncology
- Active IN license or IMLC
- BLS required
- Fellowship training in Hem/Onc

**Clinical Details**
- Primary focus: Outpatient oncology
- Call provider manages new inpatient consults; APPs handle rounding on existing patients
- Flexible scheduling model with stable patient mix
- Patient base includes oncology and benign hematology cases
- Support team includes APPs and RNs

**Compensation**
