- Patient Population: Primarily geriatric and adult; peds limited to dental/eye cases
- Average ORs: 8
- MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:3–4, mix of own cases and supervision
- Case Types: Orthopedic, urology, ophthalmology, endoscopy
- EMR: Epic

**Requirements**
- Board Certified
- Active NY license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
