Locums Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our team on a locum tenens basis in Arizona. This position offers an opportunity to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

Assignment Details:

• Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
• Day Off: Typically Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday
• Duration: October – December (with potential extension)
• Compensation: $80.00 – $90.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive family medicine care, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up for patients of all ages.
• Conduct routine check-ups, health assessments, and screenings.
• Prescribe and manage medications and treatment plans.
• Educate patients on preventive health measures and wellness.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.

Qualifications:

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license in the state of Arizona.
• Previous experience in family medicine or primary care preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
