OBGYN Physician Partnership Path - $750k Plus - -60k Sign-On - IL

StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a physician-led women’s health group in Illinois to recruit an OBGYN – Physician. This is a full-spectrum role in a collaborative CNM/OB model with reliable OR access, modern L&D resources, and a schedule designed for balance (three clinic days, one OR day, shared home call).

Practice Highlights / Qualifications

• CNMs take first call; physician call is home-based ~1:6–1:7

• Protected weekly OR block; MIGS/robotics available

• Typical clinic cadence: ~20–25 pts/day, three clinic days/week

• Multiple clinic sites with hospital partners offering dedicated L&D units

• MD/DO; BC/BE in OBGYN (new graduates welcomed)

• Team-based culture with WHNPs, pelvic-floor PT, and counseling integrated into care
