• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no call responsibilities
• Outpatient-only practice with 20 - 22 patients per day
• Outstanding support ratio with 2 medical assistants per provider
• Public service loan forgiveness eligible opportunity
• Board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician required
• Must be comfortable seeing patients ages 2 and up
