**Why This Role**
- Provide interventional and diagnostic radiology coverage for a full-service Florida hospital
- Support a high-volume department with a broad case mix including ER, inpatient, and outpatient studies
- Collaborate within a well-equipped facility with advanced imaging technologies
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient
- Modalities: Diagnostic Radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Mammography, Fluoroscopy, PET, DEXA
- EMR / Platform: Merge Workflow Orchestrator (MWO) integrated with Fluency voice recognition
- Average Volume: 346–382 exams/day (ER studies 120–145/day)
- Case Mix: Predominantly ER and inpatient (CT/X-ray heavy), with outpatient MRI/US and screening mammography
- Shifts: Day, Evening, or Overnight
- Onsite Requirements: Medical orientation, hospital credentialing, mammography & fluoroscopy (if applicable)
**Requirements**
- Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologist
- Active Florida medical license
- MQSA-certified for mammography (preferred)
- Comfortable with ER, inpatient, and outpatient studies
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
