**Advanced Practice Provider – Hematology/Oncology**
**Location: Hartford, CT**
**Prior oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is required**
Overview:
An exciting new opportunity for an Oncology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a growing multidisciplinary team providing value-based care to oncology patients, primarily in outpatient settings.
Position Highlights:

• Involvement in the full spectrum of outpatient oncology management, including triage, urgent visits, chemotherapy pre-treatment evaluations, follow-up appointments, and survivorship care.

• Monday–Friday daytime outpatient schedule, with optional shifts on the daytime inpatient consult service.

Qualifications:
• Eligibility for licensure in Connecticut as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Prior oncology experience as a PA, NP, or RN is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience practicing as an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is highly preferred.
