Role:
• Open to Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA).
• Setting: 100% outpatient primary care – adult medicine.
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
• Call Schedule: None required.
Qualifications:
• Unrestricted (or eligible) State of Connecticut medical license.
• Certification as an APRN (Family, Adult, or Geriatric Nurse Practitioner) or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in primary care or a similar outpatient setting prefer
