Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Advanced Primary Care team in Tucson, AZ. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical expertise in Family Practice or Primary Care, with proficiency in caring for patients across the lifespan—from pediatrics to geriatrics. This position offers the opportunity to practice in a supportive, team-based environment focused on value-based, patient-centered care.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with Board Certification.
  • Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 2–5 years of directly applicable experience in family or primary care (3 years ideal for advanced primary care model).
  • Experience working with children through older adults (pediatrics to geriatrics).
  • Preference for candidates with strong job stability and limited or no hospital experience.
  • Active DEA license, BLS certification, and Arizona fingerprint clearance card required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an integrated team-based care model.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to a value-based care environment.
  • Superior patient service and interpersonal relationship skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including experience with EMR systems.
  • Appropriate certification to prescribe under the authority of a collaborating physician or medical director.
