Job Description
StaffMed Health Partners has partnered with a private, physician-owned dermatology group in Arkansas (AR) to recruit a Mohs Micrographic Surgeon to anchor and scale a busy skin-cancer program. The platform includes an on-site ASC, in-house Mohs lab/dermatopathology, and experienced surgical support so you can focus on surgery, reconstruction, and outcomes.
Perks and Benefits:
- Total income tied to collections (45–50%); $1M+ realistic at strong volumes; modeled up to ~$1.45M+
- Up to $100k sign-on
- 500–700 Mohs cases in Year 1 with trajectory toward ~1,000
- Partnership path (Mohs only) with potential to acquire equity (up to 49%)
- 4–5 day schedule, very light call
- Efficient ops: on-site ASC + Mohs lab + dermpath, Emma EMR, scribes
- Comprehensive benefits; relocation supported via sign-on flexibility
Practice Highlights / Qualifications:
- Fellowship-trained Mohs (ACMS preferred); experienced Mohs dermatologists without fellowship considered (advanced flaps/grafts)
- Board-Certified/Eligible in Dermatology; AR license or eligibility
- Patient-first, team-oriented surgeon comfortable in high-throughput settings
