Your primary responsibilities will include

• Medical assessments, develop treatment plans, and medication management for adult and geriatric patients in a large skilled nursing facility.
• Autonomy of an assigned caseload, flexible workday schedule, and collaboration with treatment team members to provide a higher level of patient care.

Competitive compensation, with an estimated base salary range of $64,700 to $77,600 annually with the opportunity to earn incentives.

Clinicians trained or practicing medicine in the following disciplines are encouraged to apply: family (FM), primary, internal (IM), adult, post-acute (PAC), home health, hospice, palliative, and hospital medicine (HM).
