- Schedule: 24-hour beeper call; estimated 1 week per month
- Patients per Day: 2–6 (Cath Lab)
- Call Details: 20-minute response time; 1:4 call ratio; 20% callback rate; 1 phone consult per shift
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Inpatient (Cath Lab / STEMI call)
- Admissions Required: No
- Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 APP, 1 office staff

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
- Active WA license or IMLC
- ACLS
- Clean history
- Recent Impella device experience required
- Proficiency in pulmonary embolism (PE) treatments preferred

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: Interventional cardiology, STEMI coverage, and cath lab call
- Typical Procedures:
- STEMI intervention and PCI
- Impella device placement and management
- Cardiac cath procedures
- PE treatment and related interventional cases

**Compensation**
