- Tuesday: Surgery
- Wednesday: Clinic 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (lunch 12:00–1:00 p.m.)
- Thursday: Clinic 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (lunch 12:00–1:00 p.m.)
- Friday: Surgery
- Patients per Day: 20+
- Call Details: Beeper call; 20-minute response time; 10 days per month
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Setting: Inpatient and outpatient
- Admissions Required: Yes
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 6 office staff
- Onsite Resources: 2 audiologists; clinic equipped for select in-office procedures

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology
- Active WI license or IMLC
- ACLS and BLS
- Clean history

**Clinical Details**
- Scope: General Otolaryngology (surgical and non-surgical)
- Typical Procedures:
- Bread-and-butter ENT procedures
- Endoscopic procedures (septal, sinus, laryngoscopy, bronchoscopy preferred)
- Tracheotomy
- General head and neck surgery
- Thyroidectomy and parotidectomy (preferred)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
