Mix of General NS & Spine base procedures

Actively seeking a BE/BC fellowship-trained spinal neurosurgeon for a full-time, employed opportunity in Detroit, MI. We have a newly appointed, fully accredited, Neuro Critical Care Fellowship program to support our neurosciences programs.

**What to Expect / Key Responsibilities:**
Mix of General NS & Spine base procedures
Typical schedule: 3-4 clinic days and 1-2 OR/Procedure/Call days per week
Shared call with 5 providers – 8 NPs to assist with inpatient rounds 24/7
Specialized Equipment/Resources: PACs on site – attached to hospital
Working mainly out of the DMC Neurosurgery clinic downtown at Harper Hospital
Supportive ancillary staff available
Hospital privileges at all 5 DMC facilities
A willingness to participate in research is welcomed.

**Requirements:**
Board Certification - – must have completed an accredited spine base fellowship
Active MI Medical License (or willingness to obtain)
Ideally, the selected physician will have 3–5 years of experience.
