• Monday/Wednesday 10am - 7pm, Tuesday/Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 3pm
• 18 - 26 patients per day
• Patient population age 16+
• No call required
• Experience with trigger point injections, wart removal, and cryo procedures
• Performs paps and routine primary care procedures
