**Locums | CRNA | Hospital-Based | Troy, NY**
**Why This Role**
- Join a well-supported hospital-based anesthesia team with 1:3 MD-to-CRNA supervision
- Full-time ongoing coverage with diverse case exposure and minimal cardiac/neuro workload
- Practice within a collaborative department using Epic EMR
**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: January 2026
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Setting: Inpatient
- Schedule: Full-time; weeknight call (7p–7a) and 24-hour weekend call (7a–7a)
- ORs: 7
- Case Mix:
- General Surgery, Endoscopy, Vascular, OB, Ortho, Bariatric, UroGyn
- No Hearts, No Neurosurgery, No Thoracic
- OB Volume: ~100 deliveries per month (low epidural rate)
- Required Skills: Spinal and epidural anesthesia
- Patient Population: Primarily adults with limited pediatrics
- EMR: Epic
- Practice Model: 1:3 physician-to-CRNA supervision
**Requirements**
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (NBCRNA)
- Active New York license
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Minimum distance: Provider cannot reside within 50 miles
- Clean background and active credentials
**Compensation**-
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
