- Case Types: OB, General Surgery, Limited Ortho, Limited Urology, Plastic Surgery, GI
- Daily Volume: 6–20 cases; ~60 per week
- EMR: Cerner
- Call: Yes, including weekends as needed

**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Anesthesiology (new graduates considered)
- Active Illinois medical license or IMLC LOQ
- Hospital-based anesthesia experience required
- Clean malpractice and background

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
