**Assignment Details**
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Clinic + Call
- Setting: Inpatient
- Schedule: 6:00a–2:00p (3 shifts) and 6:00a–6:00a OB coverage
- EMR: Paper charting
- Call Type: Beeper; 30-minute response
- Trauma Level: III
- Practice Model: Physician-only anesthesia
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days
- Temporary Privileges: Available

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
- Active Alabama medical license
- ACLS certification
- Ability to supervise CRNAs (preferred but not required)
- Must live 90+ miles from the facility
- Complete credentialing within 7 days of acceptance

**Clinical Details**
- Case Mix: General, OB, trauma, neuro (head/spine), thoracic, vascular, and orthopedics
- Procedures:
- General, regional, and spinal anesthesia
- Epidural anesthesia (preferred)
- Arterial line placement
- Ventilation management
- Central line placement (preferred)
- OB experience not required but preferred

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
