A collegial and patient-centered team in Vincennes, Indiana, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon to join a growing orthopedic practice committed to clinical excellence and community-focused care. Position Highlights:
• Join a collaborative team of 3 Orthopedic Surgeons and 1 Advanced Practice Provider
• Shared facility housing both the Operating Room and Same-Day Surgery Center
• 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient practice mix
• Level III Trauma Center featuring the advanced Mako Robotic Arm System
• Average of 15–20 patients per half-day clinic and 20–25 procedures per month
• 4-day work week split between OR and clinic
• Call schedule: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month
• Teaching opportunities available through affiliated Internal Medicine and Psychiatry residency programs
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary (mid $600K+) with opportunity for significant additional earnings
• Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus, with early signing/stipend options
