**Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) – Outpatient**

A well-established, community-driven health center in Houghton Lake, MI, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join its dedicated team. This full-scope primary care role focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centered care to an underserved rural population.

What You’ll Do:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Perform preventative and wellness care
• Collaborate with NPs, PAs, and support staff
• Supervise mid-level providers as needed

Who You Are:
• MD or DO licensed (or eligible) in the State of Michigan
• Committed to serving rural and underserved communities
• Collaborative, compassionate, and community-focused
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
