**Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) – Outpatient Primary Care**

A mission-driven, community-focused health center in Roscommon, MI is seeking a dedicated Family Medicine Physician (MD or DO) to join its team. This full-scope primary care opportunity allows you to provide high-quality care in a rural setting with a strong emphasis on access, prevention, and patient education.

Position Highlights:
• Full-time, outpatient position in a rural FQHC setting
• Provide care across the lifespan: preventive, acute, and chronic illness management
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary care team with strong clinical and administrative support
• Leadership opportunities, including supervision of NPs, PAs, and clinical staff
• Reports to Chief Medical Officer

Who You Are:
• Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine physician
• Committed to serving underserved populations and rural communities
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Passionate about patient-centered care, communication, and health education

Qualifications:
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited residency program
• Current Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA and controlled substance licenses required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates may be considered)
• AHA-approved BLS certification
