Compensation & Benefits:
- $700,000 +

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive neurosurgical care, including both surgical and nonsurgical management of complex conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized patient care plans
- Participate in shared call coverage to ensure high-quality, continuous patient care
- Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and evidence-based best practices within the department
Requirements:
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty (spine, cranial, or endovascular) preferred
- Board certified or board eligible in Neurosurgery
- Strong clinical and surgical skills with a commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to foster patient education and team collaboration
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-specialty practice setting
