- Average 20 deliveries per month
- Midwives handle first call for OB patients
- Call can be taken from hotel accommodations
- Physician needed only for distress cases and C-sections
- Low-volume facility -- less than 300 annual deliveries
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
