• Monday through Friday, 8am - 4pm schedule
• 10 - 20 patients per day
• Comprehensive interventional pain management procedures required
• Specializing in spinal cord stimulation and nerve blocks
• Performs ultrasound and image-guided injections
• Experience with intrathecal pain pumps needed
• Hospital privileges required
• Adult patient population
