Up to $385K 1099 Perm in Charlotte Suburb - $30K Bonus and Flex shifts - CRNA

This location offers easy access to the ocean, mountains, and the vibrant city of Charlotte - making it a perfect place to raise a family. The area also boasts outstanding schools and a welcoming community. We offer competitive compensation: the 1099 option ranges from $312K-$385K, while the W2 total annual package - including benefits - ranges from $225K for new grads to $265K for experienced providers, with opportunities for additional income through backup call and heart team participation. A $30K sign-on bonus, paid over three years, is also included.
No call is required, but extra shifts and overtime are readily available for those who want them. Our benefits package is exceptional, featuring 6 weeks PTO, profit sharing, stipends for premiums and dues, and a cardiac stipend.
