* Monday through Friday daytime flexible hours
* No minimum shift hours commitment
* Flexible paid time off
* On call until 5pm daily; rotating weekends
**Responsibilities**
* Provide psychotherapy services to patients in a long-term care setting
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
* Utilize your clinical expertise to create effective treatment plans
* Enjoy the satisfaction of making a positive impact on patients' lives
**Qualifications**
* Licensed psychologist in Michigan
* Passion for working with adults and seniors
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Doctoral Degree in Psychology
* Score of 500+ on the EPPP
* American Board of Professional Psychology: ABPP
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Compensation is a productivity-based model (Fee for Service). Expected compensation is estimated salary range of $103,000 to $112,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
