Lead Advanced Practice Clinician in Rock Hill, SC

Join the highly skilled hospital medicine (HM) team at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina, as our lead advanced practice clinician (APC). The lead nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) will work with the facility medical director and regional medical director/vice president of operations to ensure that our APCs are utilized within the standards set by the state and medical staff guidelines and regulations. Work a flexible block schedule of 7 days on/7 days off in this wonderful leadership opportunity! Our facility lead APC will work the 7a-7p day shift schedule in this role.

Experience

• Preferred minimum of three years experience as an APC in an inpatient setting
• Prefer previous leadership/management experience
• Must be in the top quartile for metrics and documentation; if from outside, must meet these goals within 90 days; be an example for other APCs in accomplishing metrics
