**Locums | Thoracic Surgery | Call Only | Lebanon, PA (IMLC accepted)**
**Why This Role**
- Provide weekend and vacation call coverage for a respected cardiac surgery program
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary inpatient care team
- Support continuity of care for assigned thoracic and cardiac surgery patients
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Setting: Inpatient
- Schedule: Every other weekend (Friday 12 PM – Monday 7 AM) + periodic vacation coverage
- Start Date: December 2025
- End Date: June 2026
- Call: Beeper, 30-minute response time
- EMR: Epic
**Clinical Details**
- Coverage includes management of assigned thoracic and cardiac surgery patients
- Procedures and patient volumes TBD (based on weekend caseload)
- Collaborative call structure within a surgical team environment
**Requirements**
- Board Certified in Thoracic Surgery
- Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Clean malpractice and background preferred
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
