**Locums | Endovascular Neurosurgery | Call Only | Billings, MT (IMLC accepted)**
**Why This Role**
- Provide endovascular neurosurgical call coverage at a Comprehensive Stroke Center
- Collaborate with a skilled APP team and access a dedicated biplane suite
- Support critical neurovascular cases during short-term or ongoing assignments
**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Setting: Inpatient
- Schedule: 24-hour call (6 AM–6 AM)
- Dates: December 23–28, 2025
- Credentialing: ~90 days
- EMR: Cerner
**Clinical Details**
- Coverage includes: Cerebral Mechanical Thrombectomy, Carotid Stenting, Hemorrhagic Stroke, Vasospasm, and other endovascular interventions
- General Neurosurgery: Not required
- Support: APP coverage and biplane procedural suite
- Trauma Level: I
**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Neurosurgeon
- Fellowship trained in Neuro Interventional Radiology, Neuro Endovascular Surgery, or Neuro Interventional Procedures
- Active Montana license or IMLC
- ACLS and BLS certifications
**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
