**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Setting: Outpatient Primary Care
- Schedule: Three 8-hour shifts per week
- Start Date: December 2025
- End Date: Mid-January 2026
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30–45 days
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Patient Volume: 20 patients per day
- Support Staff: 0 mid-level providers, 6 exam rooms, onsite lab and phlebotomy
- Patient Population: Adults, pediatrics, newborns, geriatrics
- Procedures: Adult and pediatric outpatient care, pelvic exams/pap smears (preferred), suturing, I&D, newborn care (≥2000g)
- Behavioral Health: BH provider available onsite

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Virginia license (no exceptions)
- BLS certification

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
