**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: No Call
- Setting: Outpatient
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
- Start Date: December 15, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing
- Daily Volume: 18 patients per day minimum
- Credentialing: 30–45 days (up to 90)
- EMR: Epic

**Clinical Details**
- Patient Mix: Adults and pediatrics (FM preferred, IM considered)
- Procedures: General outpatient visits, IUD insertion/removal (preferred), chronic pain management
- Charting: Must close charts within 72 hours
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 2 MAs
- Environment: Community-based, full lab and ancillary support

**Requirements**
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency)
- Active California medical license
- Active DEA
- BLS certification
- Up-to-date immunizations (Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, Tdap)

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
