**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
- Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
- Start Date: December 1, 2025
- End Date: Ongoing (primary need December–April, intermittent thereafter)
- Schedule: 36 hours per week, flexible days/times
- OR Time: 2–3 days per week
- Outreach: 1–2 days per month to Wisconsin Rapids
- Call: System-wide, approximately 7–10 days per month including one weekend
- Clinic Volume: 16 patients per day
- Support Staff: 1 RN, 1 MA, 2 APPs, 1 office staff
- EMR: Epic
- Credentialing: 90 days; temporary privileges available

**Clinical Details**
- General Urology (Adult) – Required
- Advanced Endoscopic, Laparoscopic, and Robotic Surgery – Preferred
- Common Procedures: Ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, cystectomy, lithotripsy, TRUS biopsy, incontinence procedures
- No pediatric or neonatal requirements

**Requirements**
- Board Certified Urologist
- Active state medical license (no restriction on license location)
- BLS required
- Clean malpractice history

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
