**Assignment Details**
- Coverage Type: Call Only
- Setting: Inpatient
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Variable call coverage; multiple dates available in November and December
- Call: Beeper; 30-minute response time
- Call Ratio: 1:3
- Average Call Back: 60%
- Phone Consults: 3–6
- Admissions: 1
- Patients Seen: 4–6 per shift
- Credentialing: 30–60 days; temporary privileges available
- EMR: Paragon

**Clinical Details**
- OB Clinic supporting both assigned and unassigned patients
- Deliveries: Vaginal, C-section, and VBAC
- Procedures: Amniocentesis, tubal ligation, hysterectomy, ectopic pregnancy management, laparoscopic and open surgical procedures
- Facility: Level II maternity care, 11 beds in department

**Requirements**
- Board Certified OB/GYN
- Active North Carolina medical license
- ACLS and relevant OB/GYN certifications required
- Clean NPDB and malpractice history for temporary privileges
- Experience with both low- and high-risk pregnancies

**Compensation**
- Rates: Facility is accepting bids
- Malpractice: Provided
- Travel: Reimbursed
