Job Description
Join TeamHealth's post-acute care team in the Jefferson City, TN, area. This is an excellent opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care as a primary care nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) for patients at skilled nursing facilities. Enjoy a flexible daily schedule with target weekday rounding at 4 days per week.

This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with an estimated annual compensation of $93,850 to $111,021 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
We ask that you have an active Tennessee license/DEA. Previous post-acute experience is preferred, but not required.
