Nocturnist Advanced Practice Clinician in Rome, GA

TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join our highly skilled hospitalist team at AdventHealth Redmond in Rome, Georgia! Responsibilities for this position include floor calls and assisting the physician with admissions and discharges. Enjoy working a flexible block 7-on, 7-off schedule from 6p-6a. A minimum of one year of NP/PA inpatient experience is preferred. 

Redmond Regional Medical Center

• 230-bed full service hospital
• 40 bed open ICU: 12 CCU, 16 Med ICU, and 12 Surg ICU
• EMR: EPIC

Opportunity Overview

• 7-on, 7-off block schedule model
• Night Shift: 6p-6a
• Average night admissions is 9 per night
• Great compensation package 
• No solo clinician coverage required; the clinician hired for this role will work alongside a hospitalist physician
• The hospital medicine team will run the code if it's a patient on the hospitalist service otherwise, the ED runs codes/ no procedures required
